Osteopathy for Adults

Helping people find relief and balance through personalised osteopathic care.

I see people from all walks of life.

From students and athletes to office workers, new parents and grandparents.

Anyone looking to ease pain, restore movement, and feel better in their body.

Osteopathy is an individual, holistic approach that focuses on the musculoskeletal system and its connection to overall health.

In practical terms, I don’t just treat symptoms, I look for the root cause and support your body’s natural ability to heal.

Each session is tailored to you. I use gentle techniques like soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, and gentle manipulations to improve movement, circulate blood flow, and ease tension. If you're unsure about manipulations, please don’t worry. I’ll always talk you through anything first, and I would never use any technique without your full understanding and consent.

  • Sports injuries, strains, and joint pain (knees, hips, shoulders, jaws etc.

  • Postural problems and stiffness from sedentary jobs

  • Pregnancy-related back or pelvic pain, and postnatal aches

  • General muscle tightness or fatigue from stress or anxiety

Specialising in Cranial Osteopathy

Cranial osteopathy is a softer, more subtle form of treatment that helps calm the nervous system and release deeper tensions. It addresses the anatomy and physiology of the whole body, not just the head, although quite often the treatment involves holding the head gently. It is known to be deeply relaxing and very often people fall asleep during the treatment.

Cranial osteopathy is particularly helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, recovering from burnout, or dealing with things like migraines, poor sleep or anxiety. Some people simply respond better to gentler work and that’s completely okay. We’ll always choose the approach that feels right for you.

What to Expect

I start by listening - taking the time to understand what’s going on, your lifestyle, and any injury or strain that may be contributing.

You’ll have a gentle physical assessment, and if appropriate, we’ll begin treatment right away.

I use a mix of soft tissue massage, stretching, and gentle joint mobilisation. You’ll always know what I’m doing and why—I’ll talk you through it so you feel comfortable and in control.

  • What to wear: Please wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing like leggings, cycling shorts, or a vest top. Depending on what we’re treating, you may be asked to remove some layers—but your comfort and dignity are always my priority. A gown or towel is available if needed.

  • Location: My clinic is in Andover at Danebury Practice, Icknield Way, Andover, Hampshire SP10 5RG

  • Parking: There’s convenient parking on site.

  • Fees: £80 for a 45-minute session

  • Booking: You can call, email, or use the contact form to book your first appointment. I’m happy to answer any questions if you’re unsure whether osteopathy is right for you.
